So, Recently I got this chance of collaborating with a very renowned brand – Lavie! They have lately launched their new SS15 collection. My theme was mixed metal along with this smart backpack that I received from them out of a wide array of their astonishing collection. The need was to create three different looks using the bag and also keeping the theme in mind. This post will be longer than the usual ones as I will display the three different looks to you 🙂
Look 1 –
I opted for printed pants for the first look, I have worn these before but never really used it for my blog posts. I love these printed loose jogger kind of pants that I picked it up from Mumbai, backpacks usually blend in easily with casual outfits. I also chose a electric blue crop top that complimented these pants so well. Since my theme is mixed metal, I have mixed golden and silver together (silver hand harness + gold neck-piece) which people are really very hesitant to try out. I have tried this combination for the first time and it was creating a fashion statement in itself.
Pants – Big C (Mumbai), Crop Top – Classic Couture Gallery, Neck-piece – The Bling Store, Shoes, Hill Road, Backpack – Lavie
Look 2 –
I really love plaid and it is really worn by me while at office, since I wanted plaid to be a part of it and summer is on its peak, I did not wear it but wrapped it around my torn denims and casual tee. Summers always calls for wearing reflectors and its always sneakers with everything. I have used a silver watch and gold jewelry to mix metals.
Denims – Outfits (Mumbai), Tee, shirt, sneakers – Forever 21, Backpack – Lavie
Look 3 –
Backpack and shorts go hand in hand, I was a little skeptical about wearing the normal denim shorts until I spotted these high-waist ones lying in my closet. Less is really more in this outfit, Statement t shirt and golden oxfords with a high ponytail. I used the backpack like how it is supposed to be used, it instantly gave me the feel to go off for trekking!
Oxfords – Delhi, T-shirt – Hues (Mumbai), Shorts – Old, Backpack – Lavie
